dress rehearsal

in the next lesson we started the dress rehearsal and we had to put on our outfits which included checked shirts,boots,scarfs,hats.Ect after changing into our outfits we went into the drama studio which is located in our school.then after we got into our position and miss started to get the camera ready and then she played the music and then we started dancing but the first time we got it wrong so we had to start again.the music played from the beginning again, then we started dancing this time we got it right.

line dancing

this a video of my btec media class doing a line dance for our unit.first thing we did was research about line dancing becuase we did not know anything about it.we had to look at the moves and different types of line dancing.after in the next lesson we started on our scrapbooks and found out the information we did practice sessions before doing the real thing.i think that it was very successful because i tried very hard to learn the dance.

In the last lesson we learnt the Tush Push and the grapevine. These are the names of some of the types of line dancing. we watched the video and then we practiced the dance.i thought this dance was easy because the dance moves were really easy to learn.i think i need to improve on timing because i some times i start late. my first impressions on line dancing dancing is that it is good because it has a strong beat to it and it is fast paced.
